Postage and Packaging

 

All packages will be posted on the next working day after payments are received (excluding weekends and bank holiday).

We use An Post and therefore your order should reach you 3-5 working days after check out. (To anywhere in Ireland). Please note weekends and bank holidays are not working days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout depending on the size and weight of your order.

Please email us if you would like to place an order from overseas and we will happily get back to you with an international shipping quote.

Online Returns

 

We are happy to receive returns – within 7 days of the item being received. All items must be returned to us unused and in its original packaging – undamaged. If you would like to return an item to us, please email us at bespokeembroideryireland@gmail.com quoting your name and invoice number and please state clearly why you would like to return your item. We will contact you with the postal address for returns. All returns should be sent by tracked delivery as we cannot be responsible for the delivery of items which are being sent back. The cost of the postage for return must be paid by the customer.

Every care is taken to ensure your order is well packaged to avoid any damage in transit. However, on the rare occasion that an item has been received faulty, please send photos of the damaged product to our email address on the day of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a replacement will be sent, due to changing stock levels.

Refunds will not be granted if the wrong address is provided for delivery or if the item has been requested to be delivered to a safe place. However we will assist in tracking down your delivery as much as we can, as all our orders have a tracking number.
